Brock McClure worked with Brian M Durkan & Co Ltd on one of Ireland’s first purpose built Built to Rent Schemes. The development comprises 265 apartment units of exceptional quality.

Particular focus was placed on the delivery of state-of-the-art tenant amenity areas, quality open space, with an emphasis of family friendly accommodation across the scheme. 

Our experienced team assisted Durkan’s throughout the planning process working with Dublin City Council, An Bord Pleanala, and local community groups to achieve a successful and integrated addition to the existing residential community in the Dublin 12 area.
