SuperValu Dunboyne

Brock McClure was tasked with guiding – through planning – Musgraves’ ambitions for a flagship store and neighbourhood centre in Dunboyne.

A significant amount of strategic work was undertaken to assist Musgraves in their final site selection process. Once this was secured, Brock McClure worked with a multi-disciplinary design team to achieve a successful grant of planning in this central location. Ongoing dialogue with Meath County Council was key to the overall planning process. Brock McClure Consultants managed this relationship for Musgraves to achieve their ultimate objective for a state of the art retail offer in Dunboyne.
