Brock McClure worked with Cosgrave Developments on a planning application for a bespoke, infill, residential development on a sensitive site close to Ranelagh village.

Brock McClure Consultants provided guidance through the planning process which involved detailed pre-planning with Dublin City Council Planning and Conservation Departments. The result is a high quality, contemporary scheme which successfully balances the need for increased density, in strategic locations, with a suitable and appropriate intervention on the site of a Protected Structure.
