Brock McClure Consultants are working with Ardale Property Group and DRES assisting them with the delivery of a new high quality residential scheme at Tinakilly in Co Wickow.

BMC have been involved in the strategic planning of the wider development, with inputs on the strategic Area Action Plan and infrastructure roll out. Permission is in place for a large quantum of residential development, and we continue to assist the client in the full build out of the large, historic, greenfield site.
