Founding Partner
Laura is a founding partner of Brock McClure Consultants. With over 20 years in the planning industry, Laura has wide ranging experience in the planning and development process.

Prior to working in a Town Planning Consultancy, Laura worked as a surveyor and brings a particular commercial awareness to all projects she is involved in.

Laura is a Corporate Member of the Irish Planning Institute and Royal Town Planning Institute.

Founding Partner
Suzanne is a founding partner of Brock McClure Consultants. With over 20 years planning experience in both the public and private sector, Suzanne has worked on a wide range of projects spanning across both statutory and strategic planning fields.

Suzanne began her career in Local Government before moving to a Town Planning Consultancy in 2003. Suzanne’s varied background allows her to bring commercial acumen and practical advice to all facets of the planning and development process.

Suzanne is a Corporate Member of the Irish Planning Institute and Royal Town Planning Institute.

Associate Director
Majella is an Associate Director with Brock McClure, having joined the team in 2020.

Majella manages and co-ordinates a wide range of large-scale projects including LRD, Data Centre facilities and Healthcare developments. Majella has a strong commercial understanding of the industry and excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, which prove invaluable when working through strategic and more detailed planning issues.

Majella provides ongoing professional guidance to all junior members of staff and assists with their continual professional development. She has established a new mentoring programme within BMC to assist all staff as they advance within the company.

Majella is a Member of the Royal Town Planning Institute.

Senior Planner
Linda is a Senior Planner with Brock McClure and has been a core part of the team since the establishment of the company in 2012. With over 15 year’s experience in the private planning sector, Linda has significant exposure to all aspects of the business. Linda’s extensive knowledge of the planning system aligned with her understanding of client requirements enables her to deliver a balanced and practical approach to all aspects of our work.

Linda enjoys the benefit of remote working and operates from the West of Ireland at Castlebar, Co. Mayo. She has worked on a wide variety of residential, commercial and industrial projects for our extensive client base and has focused her expertise in the areas of Large Scale Residential Development, Environmental Impact Assessment, Development Potential Reports, Due Diligence and Planning Appeals.

Linda completed a Masters Degree in Regional and Urban Planning in 2007 and is a Corporate Member of the Irish Planning Institute (IPI).

Executive Planner
Kathy is an Executive Planner and works remotely from the West of Ireland since joining Brock McClure in April 2021. She qualified with a BSc in Environmental Spatial Planning from Dublin Institute of Technology in 2004. Since then, she has gained extensive experience in all aspects of the planning sector to include Large Scale Residential, Retail, Commercial, Renewable Energy Developments and Industrial Projects.

Since joining Brock McClure, she has successfully coordinated and prepared planning applications for a variety projects, from small housing developments and large residential estates including Strategic Housing Developments, to industrial and commercial developments. She also has experience in the preparation of planning policy submissions, planning compliance, site appraisals and assessments, Section 5 Declarations, first and third-party appeals, as well as Environmental Impact Assessment Reports. Kathy works closely with clients and project design teams in order to meet the specific needs of any project, to effectively progress projects and strive for a successful outcome.

Kathy is a Corporate Member of the Irish Planning Institute.

Assistant Planner
Evan joined Brock McClure in February 2021, following the completion of a Master’s Degree in Regional and Urban Planning at UCD in 2020. Prior to this Evan completed an Undergraduate Degree in Geography, Planning and Environmental Policy, graduating from UCD in 2019.

Evan has worked on a wide variety of residential and commercial projects and has experience managing, co-ordinating and preparing full planning application packs, environmental impact assessment documents, planning appraisals and planning appeals for schemes of a variety of scales.

Evan is a Licentiate member of the Royal Town Planning Institute (RTPI) and a Graduate member of the Irish Planning Institute (IPI).

Graduate Planner
Sam is a Graduate Planner who completed a Master’s degree in Regional and Urban Planning at University College Dublin while working part-time at Brock McClure. Prior to this, Sam completed an undergraduate degree in Property Economics from Technological University Dublin.

Sam joined Brock McClure full-time in 2022 and is involved in projects from inception to completion, providing planning inputs and interacting with project stakeholders, clients and team members to progress projects effectively.

Sam is a Graduate Member of the Irish Planning Institute and a Licentiate Member of the Royal Town Planning Institute.

Graduate Planner
Vitalija joined Brock McClure in February 2021 as a Planning Intern while finishing her undergraduate studies in BSc. City Planning and Environmental Policy in UCD, during which she worked on a variety of large- and small-scale residential and commercial developments, planning appeals and development appraisals. Having completed a Master’s degree in Regional and Urban Planning (MRUP) in UCD, Vitalija progressed to a Graduate Planner in September 2022.

Vitalija has a particular interest in Masterplans and Large Scale Residential Developments (LRDs) that can help to provide principles of a ‘15-minute city’.

Vitalija is a Graduate Member of the Irish Planning Institute and a Licentiate Member of the Royal Town Planning Institute.

Graduate Planner
Philip joined Brock McClure in 2021, following his master’s degree in Planning & Development at Queen’s University, Belfast. His background in social sciences (he completed a bachelor’s degree in Psychology & Sociology from Maynooth University in 2019) has led to a particular interest in the interaction between humans and the built environment.

Following his knowledge of the UK planning system, Philip has gained valuable experience in the Irish planning system through extensive work with clients on projects such as Strategic Housing Development (SHD), Large-scale Residential Development (LRD), planning appeals, project management and commercial applications.

Philip is a Licentiate Member of the Royal Town Planning Institute (RTPI) as well as a Graduate Member of the Irish Planning Institute (IPI).

Graduate Planner
Lhana joined Brock McClure Planning Consultants in 2021 and is in the position of graduate planner. She completed her Masters in Regional and Urban Planning, after obtaining an undergraduate degree in Planning, Geography and Environmental Policy in University College Dublin.

Lhana has gained a range of experience through her time in the company, particularly in relation to the preparation and lodgement of planning applications from small to large scale residential developments, Development Plan and re-zoning submissions, planning compliance and planning appeals. The projects span a range of sectors including office/commercial, public house/restaurant and nursing home developments.

Lhana is a Graduate Member of the Irish Planning Institute and a Licentiate Member of the Royal Town Planning Institute.
