BACKGROUND
To achieve planning permission for extensive remodeling and extension works to a domestic dwelling in Mount Merrion, Co. Dublin.
CHALLENGES
The client approached us following initial negative feedback with the Planning Authority which impacted on the viability and feasibility of their domestic project.
OUTCOME
Planning permission was achieved, from An Bord Pleanala, for the development as originally conceived by the client. There were no conditions that modified the development from that originally designed.
